Grayhawk in Scottsdale

Grayhawk features two distinctive and interconnected neighborhoods.  They are The Park and The Retreat Village, consisting of almost 3,800 residential units. The park comprises family-friendly neighborhoods with pocket parks, green belts, playground areas, and ramadas for gathering with your neighbors.

The Retreat Village consists of two guard-gated communities, the Raptor Retreat and the Talon Retreat. The Retreat Village includes six tennis courts and seven individual neighborhood swimming pools and spas for use by Retreat Village residents.

There are eight condominiums and townhome neighborhoods in Grayhawk, six of them are in The Park, and two in the Retreat Village. A separate sub-association manages these neighborhoods under the Grayhawk Community Association.

Some of the amenities include one full-court basketball court in the Ridgecrest neighborhood of The Park, while there are two half-court basketball courts found in the Retreat Village. Only Retreat Village residents can access those courts, but the full court found in Ridgecrest is open to all Grayhawk residents. Courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Grayhawk also has six tot lot areas that are open to all residents. All of the tot lots are found in the Park and are age-specific

Grayhawk compliments the natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert and is respectful to the surrounding environment. Over 30 miles of multi-use trails offer residents the option to enjoy the splendor of the environment while finding new ways to meet neighbors.

While Grayhawk does not have one large clubhouse or pool, there are many neighborhoods in Retreat Village with pools and tennis courts. These are assessed per neighborhood and enjoyed by residents of those specific communities.

Grayhawk offers an unforgettable lineup of golf and lifestyle experiences with Raptor and Talon leading the way as two of the best public golf courses in Scottsdale, Arizona. It’s also a great place for corporate and charity events in addition to competitive tournaments such as the 2021 & 2022 NCAA Men’s & Women’s Golf Championships.
